WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Except for reasons stated below, all sales are final. Please make sure that you double check your order before you submit it. We do not offer returns or exchanges of items due to incorrect sizing, change of heart on design, color, and etc. Please make sure that you use our sizing charts to make sure you choose the correct size.
You can return an item, within 14 days from receiving the item, if you receive a misprinted/damaged/defective item - including items with faulty printing, tears/holes, and/or a different size from what was ordered. Note that some of the product images in our store may be increased in size for clarity. An item that appears to have a change in the actual design size is not considered a misprinted/damaged/defective item.
If you received a misprinted/damaged/defective item, contact customer service at email@example.com to initiate the return process. All items will be replaced with the same item in the same color. No exceptions.
I DON'T KNOW MY SIZE. HOW CAN I FIGURE IT OUT?
Unless specified "women's form-fitting" (which is true to size), women are encouraged to purchase a size down for a true fit.Graphic Tees are unisex & are cut for Men. Women should order one (1) size down for a slimmer fit.
Unisex Small = Women's M
Unisex Medium = Women's L
Unisex Large = Women's XL
Unisex XLarge = Women's 2X

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED/FULFILLED?
All of our products are made-to-order. Apparel typically takes about 5 to 7 business days to produce. Non-apparel may take longer to produce. For some products, there may be a delay due to an item being out of stock or another reason, and therefore, these products may take longer to produce. Keep in mind that this does not include the shipping/delivery times. Please see below for more information about shipping/delivery times.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, WHY DON'T I SEE THE TRACKING INFO?
It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the system.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can check the Track Order page as well to check the status of your order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?
After your order has been fulfilled, you can expect to receive all of your item(s), except for some mugs, towels, and jewelry, in 7 business days or less. The shipping time for some mugs and jewelry may be longer as these items may be shipped from our international manufacturers.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE ALL OF MY ITEMS. WHERE ARE MY OTHER ITEMS?
